Your comfort and well-being is very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any medical conditions including pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, sun exposure, disabilities or illnesses.  We want to ensure your maximum safety and benefit.

T E E N S
Clients between 15 and 18 years old must have their parents or guardian with them for the first spa service. Clients under 15 years old must have a parent or guardian present at all times.

T I P
Gratuity are not included in your total amount.  If you had purchase a package please tip per visit.  It is a common practice to tip 15%-20% of the original price.  Please feel free to extend a gratuity as a result of your spa experience, they are greatly appreciated.  Gratuities are preferred in cash.

P U N C T U A L I T Y
We request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When booking services at Lavenvelle, your appointment is scheduled with a technician or a therapist whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options: 
1. You may opt to shorten your treatment
2. You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however, a cancellation charge will be incurred.

C A N C E L L A T I O N
We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. You will be emailed before to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is required for all clients to give 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Please advise that clients who comes "untreatable" (review laser/skin service pre-instructions email), will be charged with the fee as well.

P R I V A C Y
Lavenvelle Spa respects your privacy and is committed to protect and secure all personal information that you shared with us. On your visit, you may be required to share personally identifiable information, such as your first and last name, physical address, telephone number or e-mail address. We collect this information in order to facilitate the delivery of services and/or the completion of an order.  Lavenvelle Spa will not sell or share your personally identifiable information to third parties in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

R E F U N D S
Products & Services are not refundable. All laser packages purchased will expire 1 year after first session. All other package must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase. Gift certificate expires one year from purchase date.
